So ... I really want to read all your recent Inception fic, but I'm still waiting for someone to go see that movie with me, and I think it makes more sense to wait until I've seen it.

In the meantime, I've discovered CM and spent the weekend reading CM fanfic, and it was such a pleasant surprise to see that you have written in that fandom as well!

I loved these two in particular, the first one is so sweet and lovely, and the second one ... goddamn, you are so good at writing smut, I almost envy you. And love you for using your powers only for good, ehm, fandom :)

Hello, stranger! This really is a show that draws you in, isn't it? I didn't discover CM until last year, but the two of us ended up having quite an intense fling. I'm pretty miffed about the network's plans for firing and/or reducing all the female character's roles, though.

Yes, the show is pretty addictive. I heard about the thing with the female characters before I even started to watch the show and yes, that's pretty awful. Aside from the blatant mysogynism, I think sometimes networks don't realize that certain shows work as well as they do because they are ensemble shows and the ensemble works well together. And if you get rid of one character, even if it's the least popular, the whole dynamic changes.
Take Boston Legal: I loved the first season. And yes, Shatner and Spader were my favorites, but I still stopped watching, when, after the first season, they switched out half of the cast. It just didn't feel like the same show anymore.
