Coupla things here:
Thing the first: I fail mightily at checking my flist at both my LJs and really ought to work on that. Perversely, LJ's constant hum of whining and wanking is a balm for any workday and should therefore be pursued more actively.
Thing the second: Last night's ep picked up every pairing in turn and shook it like a Polaroid. Cameron still makes me cringe with her inconsistencies and I haven't felt like writing her in ages. However! Before heading off for job #1 today, I wrote a few paragraphs of Housefic that make little to no sense. Takes place post Half-Wit, because I thought it would be amusing if House went home and found a stack of pizza boxes on his living room table. Stay with me on this one, chickens; I can make it work. I'm determined to tie up another WIP sometime soon and maybe even write something that isn't soaked in smuttiness.
Thing the third: Last Saturday, I sold a pita to the prince of Somalia. I am not even kidding.
