This was my complaint with last week's episode. Things like that make me a little annoyed because, while House is a popular character, he's only attractive to the viewer because we know things about him that outside sources just wouldn't. Yeah, he's good looking ... for a guy his age, but a hot thirty-something woman (who doesn't work for him and thereby develop a complex, a la Cameron) wouldn't have any reason to be strongly attracted to him, barring some particular kink for cripples or something.
